The client agrees to still credit all artist's of the commissioned artwork. (2D/3D)
Provide as many visual references as possible, the more references, the better the result. If there’s anything specific you want to see in the picture, add that too.
This price may change depending on the complexity of the character and the base, but everything will be explained before the project starts
The client is allowed to pause the project, but only for one month. After that, the project will be considered canceled by both parties.
Once the work has been started I do not accept refunds unless something happens on my part.
I will send you a wip for anatomy approval, a wip for the pose and a final wip. This is the time when you can ask for big changes. You will have one change per phase. There is no chance of major changes later in the process, so be concise in your comments.
Once you finish your order, only allow adjustments regarding the cuts of the model.
Corrections regarding model cuts can be sent after the project is delivered and will be corrected by the artist.
Commissions are first come first I will try to complete your order as quickly as possible, but due to health issues the wait may be extended, please be patient with me🙏. That's why I don't work with deadlines! The estimated wait time is up to 3 months from the time I start working on your commission.
I will deliver the full piece via e-mail. The artwork is a digital good and will not be physically sent to the customer.
In the case of fan art or known/unknown characters, the rights to the created artistic model are non-transferable. Resale, distribution, or commercialization in any form is not allowed; the work is intended exclusively for the personal use of the client who commissioned it.
If the client is the original creator or has acquired the rights to sell or license the character, including commercial use of the model, it is entirely their responsibility to ensure proper authorization. As a freelance artist, it is not my duty to investigate, confirm, or validate the ownership or legality of these rights; the client is solely responsible for any misuse of the artwork.
Unless there is a force majeure event affecting both parties, communication will be at least once a week until the project is approved.
I only work with digital files, but there are some 3D print photos in my portfolio to show that I know what I’m doing and that everything works correctly when printed.
